When I signed up with Megan she told me that I would love coming to workout.  She was right! The way she structures the class, the fact that in 2 months I’ve NEVER done the same workout twice, the way she knows exactly how to push, and her hilarious, welcoming personality have made me look forward to every workout – 3 times a week for me. I’ve never done strength training and it sure doesn’t look fun – but somehow it is. Love Megan at Every Body’s Fit. I just finished my 3rd wk of training and I feel great. I was having a hard time loosing those last 15 lbs. I’ve already lost 4 lbs and inches and I feel great. Megan caters the workouts to your needs and what I like is that she actually does the workouts with you. It’s always motivating to have her by your side. I highly recommend Megan as a trainer.

This is a great place to work out and challenge yourself! Megan does a great job modifying the exercises for me if I can’t do certain moves and I really like that. I get a great work out both cardio and strength! All the people in class your great and so encouraging too. I would recommend coming and trying Every Body’s Fit out! Megan is patient and kind, but her training techniques are serious and purposeful.At 62. I was skeptical that my unique medical conditions would get in the way of my progress. Megan has taught me many methods to adapt my workouts to whatever comes at me in terms of medical issues. Even a fall and a torn rotator cuff at my home did not deter her from designing ways to continue excellent training. In six months I have dropped 6% body fat and I am very pleased with how a look. More importantly, the health benefits have been remarkable. Due to a tumor on my pituitary gland, I have type II diabetes. My A1C has dropped considerably and my doctor is extremely pleased. I have nothing but praise for Megan and plan on staying with her!
