Megan has been training me for over 2 years now. I feel stronger than ever before and good about myself when I look in the mirror. I’m a lifer.
When I signed up with Megan she told me that I would love coming to workout. She was right! The way she structures the class, the fact that in 2 months I’ve NEVER done the same workout twice, the way she knows exactly how to push, and her hilarious, welcoming personality have made me look forward to every workout – 3 times a week for me. I’ve never done strength training and it sure doesn’t look fun – but somehow it is. And it works – I’m stronger already. If you’re thinking of doing something really great for yourself, I can’t think of a better place to start.
My husband and I have been working out with Meghan for almost two years. We always walk away knowing we had worked out. My husband has knee problems and she always does modification for this. I will be returning back to her after a month of surgery and I am confident that she will start me off at the exact place I need to start off with. I have gained my strength and definition that I would no have had if she wasn’t my PT!
Megan has worked with me 5 weeks and i feel better than I have in years. I refused to check my weight for the five weeks and my pants were not a tight and I felt great. I lost 10 pounds and have gained strength. I have another 5 months and am excited to see what happens.
Love Megan at Every Body’s Fit. I just finished my 3rd wk of training and I feel great. I was having a hard time loosing those last 15 lbs. I’ve already lost 4 lbs and inches and I feel great. Megan caters the workouts to your needs and what I like is that she actually does the workouts with you. It’s always motivating to have her by your side. I highly recommend Megan as a trainer.
This is a great place to work out and challenge yourself! Megan does a great job modifying the exercises for me if I can’t do certain moves and I really like that. I get a great work out both cardio and strength! All the people in class your great and so encouraging too. I would recommend coming and trying Every Body’s Fit out! Every One can get fit, you just have to make the first move and do it! Thank you Megan!
Megan is undeniably the best out there. She pushes you to be better && her patience is out of this world! She respects my limits, without going too easy. So many wonderful qualities about her, but I truly appreciate how genuine she is, she cares about my personal goals & will try just as hard or every harder than myself to reach them. I could seriously keep going on&on about her ! Her studio is awesome, the vibe is so uplifting I could be in there all day everyday. Megan you should be very proud of yourself && thank you for being just the way you are! (You’re muscles are everything I want in life lol)

Megan has taught me many methods to adapt my workouts to whatever comes at me in terms of medical issues. Even a fall and a torn rotator cuff at my home did not deter her from designing ways to continue excellent training. In six months I have dropped 6% body fat and I am very pleased with how a look. More importantly, the health benefits have been remarkable. Due to a tumor on my pituitary gland, I have type II diabetes. My A1C has dropped considerably and my doctor is extremely pleased. I have nothing but praise for Megan and plan on staying with her!
